These general conditions govern the contractual relationship between Cafetaria Ice Skating Poseidon, with headquarters in Sint Lambrechts Woluwe, Tomberg 125/1, having as its activity the organization of children’s parties. Any situation not provided by our general or special conditions, is governed by the generally applicable legal regulations, including the Commercial Practices Act dd. 14/7/1991 and the Civil Code are used as the basis for the establishment of relations with the consumer prior to the conclusion of the contract.

The reservation form must be completed in writing on the website. Upon receipt by Cafetaria Ice Skating Poseidon of a fully completed reservation form, the customer will receive (via email only) the written confirmation of the reservation, making it final. The customer explicitly acknowledges that the email address provided by him is valid as the address to which correspondence can legitimately be sent. The terms and conditions are communicated to the customer in writing and he is deemed to have taken note of and accepted them. The Cafeteria Ice Skating Poseidon reserves the right not to act on inaccurate or incomplete registration forms.
The Cafeteria Ice Skating Poseidon reserves the right to cancel the children’s party due to organizational reasons. The full deposit will then be refunded.

Prices and rates are listed on the reservation form. The prices remain valid until the date indicated on the reservation form, or as much longer as confirmed in writing to the customer by the Cafeteria Ice Skating Poseidon.

In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the start, the full deposit will remain due to the Cafetaria Ice Skating Poseidon.
Attention: A cancellation must always be done in writing (via e-mail), not by telephone!
All personal data are for internal use of the Cafeteria Ice Skating Poseidon. The customer has the right to access and correct this information at any time and free of charge.

Except in the event of force majeure on the part of Cafetaria Ice Skating Poseidon (strike, lock-out, war, … ) and unless otherwise agreed in writing between Cafetaria Ice Skating Poseidon and the customer, the birthday party will take place on the date and at the time indicated on the invoice. The customer may request a change of date in writing up to 14 days prior to the party. The Cafeteria Ice Skating Poseidon will always make every effort to accommodate such request, but makes no guarantees in this regard.

All agreements, including the special and general contract and invoice conditions, as well as their execution are subject to Belgian Law. In the event of any dispute, Belgian law shall apply and the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.

Details:

• When reserving your birthday online, you will be charged with a deposit of 50 €.
• This deposit will be deducted from your final bill, depending on the number of persons present at your birthday party!!!
• Minimum 10 participants, maximum 18 participants (excluding parents)
• You will be charged 17 € per person present at the party.
• No refund will be made if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before choosen date.
• Maximum age of the children allowed: 14 years old
